Firstly just know that Pastel allows you the opportunity to process in both your new financial year as well as finish off the previous year for 1 month. This is referred to the 13th period in Pastel.
The 13th period is basically the 1st period of the next financial year. This option is available in Pastel Partner and Xpress under SETUP>Periods.
There is however a recipe to have a successful year end roll over every time. If you are uncertain we have developed a 43 step methodology to help any Pastel user roll over successfully.
