Well to put it lightly like many things there is not just one answer. You must ask yourself “the questions”. Whenever you want to buy/get something you ask yourself questions about the specific thing. For example when you get a car you ask yourself things like “How many people do I want to fin into it”, “Am I using the car for personal use, wok use, or even both” and many more questions. These questions ultimately help you to make your final decision.

At the end of it all no matter the circumstance, the ultimate question is “What do I want out of it?” and that apples to everything, including what accounting system to use.
