Working from home is safe and responsible.
I however find it more difficult to get through the volume of work without having immediate access to my team.
As a result we have had to rethink many of our standard operating procedures. Optimisation and automation of our financial procedures is helping us keep track of our business whilst dealing with the day to day operational responsibilities.
These automations are unlocking time that we can re-focus on new areas that need it in this new Lock down world we have entered.
We feel it is worth spending the time and effort to automate as we believe that we will keep most of these new procedures in place when things go back to normal.
